The Aeris Swoppster stands out from conventional children’s desk chairs thanks to its patented 3D technology, which allows movement in all directions. This preserves and specifically encourages children’s natural urge to move. The active chair promotes good posture, strengthens the back muscles and improves concentration. Thanks to its customisable features and a wide range of colours, it adapts to every child and every room. The removable, washable cover also makes it particularly suitable for everyday use – for children who not only want to learn, but also want to explore.

The Aeris Swoppster is suitable for children from nursery age right through to the end of primary school. It is height-adjustable, so it ‘grows’ with the child. You can easily adjust the spring tension of the Aeris Swoppster to suit your child’s weight, up to a maximum of 50 kg. The degree of movement can also be individually adjusted to one of two settings. The seat is correctly adjusted when your child feels comfortable. Once your child has outgrown the ‘Swoppster age’, they can continue to sit healthily and comfortably whilst enjoying plenty of movement: on an Aeris Swopper with the ‘Light’ spring leg, which is optimised for 35–50 kg, or with the ‘Low’ spring leg, which is optimised for 50–120 kg.

The Aeris Swoppster can be customised in three steps to suit your child’s needs:

1. Height adjustment: Using the lever under the seat, your child can easily adjust the seat height themselves. The angle between the thigh and lower leg should ideally be just over 90° to promote an optimal sitting posture.

2. Spring tension: Adjust the spring tension to suit your child’s weight. To increase the swing, turn the spring downwards; to reduce the swing, turn it upwards.

3. Lateral flexibility: Children weighing under 30 kg can adjust the flexibility to ‘soft flex’ by turning the flex ring. This maximises the seat’s range of movement.

Yes, the Aeris Swoppster was specially developed for the needs of children and stands securely on the floor. The stable base ring ensures a firm hold and prevents unwanted tipping. The chair is equipped with castors including a braking function as standard. If you prefer to use the chair without castors, you can retrofit it at any time with optionally available non-slip glides. This way, the chair stays exactly where it should – whether for playing, learning, or painting.

The Aeris Swoppster is available in four colours: pink, blue, green and grey. These covers can be combined with a black or white frame. The colour scheme was chosen by a children’s panel to ensure it remains appealing for years to come and blends harmoniously into colourful children’s bedrooms.

The cover of the Aeris Swoppster is removable and can be machine-washed at a maximum of 40°C. Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softener to help protect the environment. Simply clean the footring and the protective panel with a damp cloth and a little pH-neutral soap.

The Aeris Swoppster comes with a three-year warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge following inspection in the event of material or functional faults, provided that the fault is not due to external causes.
