Chair and standing products:
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Have you already assembled your chair or standing product (Aeris Muvmat)?
The direct costs of return and collection for shipment via parcel service are estimated at a maximum of:
Europe-wide: 39 euros
Europe-wide: 69 euros for the products Aeris 3Dee, Aeris Numo Task, Aeris Numo Comfort
The original packaging for assembled products can no longer be used. (Chair products that have already been shipped assembled are excluded.) We will therefore send you special shipping boxes, which will include the return shipping costs, including all transport costs.
You have your Chair or standing product (Aeris Muvmat) not yet assembled?
If you return/collect the chair products via Aeris in the original packaging and not assembled, the following costs will apply:
Europe-wide: 10 euros
Table products:
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please only return the goods to us in perfect, unassembled condition. We will not accept assembled goods.
The direct costs of returning the goods (if carried out by hand) are estimated at a maximum of:
Germany: a maximum of about 100 euros
Belgium, Estonia, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary: 150 euros: maximum approximately 200 euros.
You have the option to return your Aeris If you return the table products via Aeris in their original packaging, the following costs will apply:
Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria: 49 euros
Estonia, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary: 69 euros

Please note that this is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
Refund:
We will process your refund once your return has been processed or your order has been canceled.
Please note that a refund of the full purchase price is only possible if, after inspection of the goods, no transport damage due to inadequate packaging is found. If transport damage was caused by inadequate or unsafe packaging, the refund amount will be reduced.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Depending on the payment method you choose, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be credited to your account after we receive the goods in our warehouse or cancel your order.
Prepayment:
Have you already paid the invoice amount in advance? We will credit the amount to your bank account. It may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Credit card:
The credit will be returned to the credit card account we charged. This may take up to 2-5 business days.
Klarna (excluding installment purchases with Klarna):
If you chose Klarna as your payment method when placing your order, your refund will also be processed through Klarna. Once we receive your return, the refund will take approximately 2–5 business days. Please contact Klarna directly if you have any questions or concerns.
PayPal:
The credit will be made to your PayPal account. This can take up to 2-5 business days. You can decide whether the amount is deposited into your PayPal account or transferred back to your bank account.
ideal:
The credit will be returned to the account we debited. This may take up to 2-5 business days.
Bancontact:
The credit will be returned to the account we debited. This may take up to 2-5 business days.
EPS transfer:
If you return one or more items, the amount will be credited back to the bank account from which you transferred the money. This may take up to 2-5 business days.
