Aeris Warranty Conditions

The warranty period begins on the invoice date for direct purchases from Aeris or on the purchase date from an authorized Aeris specialist dealer. We provide a three-year warranty on all our products.

If material or manufacturing defects occur in original parts within the warranty period, we will provide one of the following services under the manufacturer's warranty:
- free repair of the goods at our factory or
- free replacement of the goods with an equivalent item (possibly a successor model if the original goods are no longer available) or
- free delivery of the spare parts required for repair (possibly against return of the complained parts).

Aeris determines the type of service after examining the damage. The warranty period is neither extended nor interrupted by the warranty service provided.

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us directly (if you purchased the goods from us) or your Aeris specialist dealer (if you purchased the goods from one of our partners).

Excluded Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are excluded for damage to the goods caused by:
- abusive or improper handling or use,
- exceeding the maximum weight limits,
- environmental influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.),
- non-observance of any safety precautions,
- non-observance of the assembly and/or operating instructions,
- use of force (e.g. impact, shock, fall),
- unauthorized repair attempts, improper interventions or maintenance by unauthorized persons,
- wear and tear of the covers, damage due to improper care as well as impact, scratch and tear damage,
- defects in special items (e.g. special constructions, customer-provided upholstery fabrics, special finishes).

Claiming warranty service requires that Aeris be able to examine the warranty case by sending in the goods. Care must be taken to avoid transport damage by appropriate packaging. For the safe return transport of your Aeris product to our factory, we will gladly provide you with transport packaging if required and against payment of costs. The transport costs are borne by the warrantee.

To apply for warranty service, you must enclose a copy of the original invoice with the complained goods. We ask for your understanding that Aeris may refuse warranty service without a copy of the invoice. The submission of the invoice copy serves to calculate the warranty period. Furthermore, you must provide the name and address of the seller, unless this is apparent from the enclosed copy of the invoice, in order to determine the purchase from an authorized dealer or directly from Aeris.

Your statutory rights are not limited by this warranty promise. In particular, any existing statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this warranty promise.
