Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We deliver all our products free of charge within Germany.

Deliveries to other European countries:

We deliver our products free of charge within mainland Europe to the following countries. We do not deliver to European overseas territories.

France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Spain

Please note that the book "Active Office®" is only delivered to Germany.

Delivery to Switzerland

We ship all our products free of charge from Germany to Switzerland. Customs duties and fees are included in the price and will not be charged separately.

Shipping service provider

Delivery via DHL and DPD:
We deliver our products via DHL or DPD.
The products are primarily shipped via DHL.
We primarily ship to European countries using DPD.
To Switzerland with DHL Express.
The following products are primarily transported by DPD due to their nature:
- Aeris Active Office Desk

Shipping company:
The return of the Aeris 3Dee (provided the product has been assembled) is handled via freight forwarding.

The Aeris 3Dee is collected by truck "to the curb", i.e., to the nearest public curb to the collection address.
Please note that due to the lack of access for trucks, collection of goods to the address "to the curb" cannot be carried out by the shipping company in the following cases:

- The address is located on, or can only be reached via, a street designated as a traffic-calmed area / "play street", and/or

- The address is located on a street, or can only be reached via a street, where access is prohibited for vehicles with a maximum permissible weight of 40 tons, and/or

- The address is located on a street or can only be reached via a street that is narrower than 3.25 meters, or which, at a point to be passed during delivery, is restricted to less than 3.25 meters of passage width at the time of delivery due to obstacles such as parked vehicles or a construction site, and/or

- The address is located in a dead end.

If any of the above-mentioned special conditions apply to your desired delivery address, or if you are unsure about this, please contact us by phone or email before returning the item to clarify whether and to what location a collection can take place.

Please note that you must be personally present at the delivery address when the goods are collected by the shipping company.

Firstly, because you are required to confirm the collection of the goods in writing. Secondly, loading the goods may require your assistance. Therefore, you must be physically capable of lifting a weight of up to 30 kilograms.

The shipping company will arrange a pickup with you on a preferred day from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) within a time window of 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Your presence at the pickup address is required for the entire duration of this time window. Unfortunately, a more precise delivery time cannot be specified.
