The design of our products is always developed in close consultation with our engineers. This is the only way we can ensure that our patented technologies enhance the design language of the chair rather than disrupt it. High-performance materials are used that contribute to the functionality of the products.

All of our products are assembled by hand in Germany and undergo careful quality checks. This not only ensures consistently high quality, but also enables us to respond quickly to specific customer requests and guarantee prompt delivery.

Quality and durability are our highest priority. Should a problem arise, our products are designed so that almost all of them can be repaired. Our Aeris repair service is available to ensure that Aeris products can accompany the user for many decades.

We source our materials mainly from Germany, particularly near Munich, and a smaller portion from neighboring countries. Short delivery routes ensure efficiency and environmental friendliness. Our products use recyclable and recycled materials to minimize the ecological footprint.

Environmental protection and sustainability are the focus of our agenda. In 2007, solar cells were installed during the construction of our production facility, which we have been steadily expanding since then. By 2024, we will be generating more energy than we need for our own needs. In addition, the building was built in an energy-efficient manner according to KFW standards, with measures such as thermal insulation and air heat pumps to significantly reduce energy requirements.

The majority of the textiles used for Aeris products have been certified with the Ecolabel, as they have a lower impact on the environment than similar products. In addition, the wood we use comes from FSC-certified forests.
