On October 23, 2025, we invited guests to our first themed exhibition at Aeris in the showroom of the DesignWerkschau Munich, focusing on the central theme:
"The office in the tension between well-being and profit."
As host, our Workplace Consultant Tim Eder charmingly moderated the evening and brought together experts, architects and design enthusiasts.
At Aeris, we are reimagining the world of work: from movement to corporate culture, from aesthetics to performance. As a thought leader for dynamic work environments, our products create spaces that harmonize well-being and productivity.
Impulses from architecture and transformation
The evening began with an inspiring presentation by Natascha Ninic , founder and CEO of NINIC GmbH and former Vice President of the BDIA.
Under the title "Beautiful offices are dead, long live the power place," she posed the question:
How can architects, companies, and executives work together to create workplaces that promote creativity, health, and performance?

Natascha Ninic on offices and power places.
Ninic emphasized the importance of inner transformation: Only those who reflect on their own culture and ask the right questions can create spaces that have a long-term impact.
"The office must become a place of power – inside and out."
From things to relationships: Spaces as cultural carriers
Following this, Peter Ippolito , Dipl.-Ing. Architecture and Co-Founder of the Ippolito Fleitz Group, spoke about the profound changes in the world of work. His presentation , "From Things to Relations," illustrated how the office can evolve from a static workplace to a living organism.

Peter Ippolito on the changing world of work and the new role of the office.
For Ippolito, the office is more than just a room:
It is a place where corporate culture is truly lived. Here, values, visions, and a sense of belonging become visible. Only when work environments reflect this attitude can motivation, identification, and ultimately, sustainable success arise.
Spatial design as the key to transformation
After the two engaging presentations, our guests took the opportunity to network and discuss how well-being and economic success can be even more closely linked in the future. The evening then concluded in a relaxed atmosphere with drinks and delicious refreshments.

Both presentations by our speakers, Natascha Ninic and Peter Ippolito, made it clear that the office can no longer be a lifeless space for desks and office chairs. Instead, it must reflect a company's values, attitude, and culture if it is to foster connection and meaning. Only then can it become a "power place" where people want to be, not where they have to be.
A heartfelt thank you goes to our speakers Natascha Ninic and Peter Ippolito for their inspiring contributions, as well as Tim Eder for moderating - and of course to all the guests who attended our first themed showcase at the Design Showcase in such large numbers and made the evening so special.
